Vegetarian Japanese instant curry from S&B. This curry has a pleasant sharpness and includes 5 servings.
1. Fry 370g onions, 85-140g carrots and 140g potatoes (chopped) in a pan over medium heat
2. Now add 540ml of water and bring it to a boil. Then reduce the heat and let everything simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes, until all the ingredients are cooked through.
3. Then switch off the stove and add the curry blocks (preferably break into pieces). Stir until the sauce mix has melted completely. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. And done! Best served on freshly cooked rice or pasta.
* Preparation with meat: 450g beef (or add chicken, lamb, shrimp when frying in step 1)
Store in a dry place.
