Soju is a spirit from Korea that is mostly made from rice. It is seen as the Korean equivalent of Japanese sake and is the most famous and popular alcoholic drink in Korea. Often becomes Soju also in many combinations such as "So-Maek", which is made up of Soju + Maekju (beer) (similar to Jägermeister-Bomb), and Korean BBQ enjoyed. The drink becomes cold and drunk like a shot in a small glass.
