Preparation (for 6 servings):
1. Fry the meat (250g) and / or vegetables (1.5 potatoes -230g-, half a carrot -100g-) and onions (2 pieces -400g-) in a pan as desired
2. When the onion is lightly browned, add 850ml water and let it boil - then let it steep at a low temperature (approx. 15 minutes)
3. Now take the pan off the stove and add the curry blocks. Stir them until they are completely dissolved
4. Let the curry steep for 10 minutes on a low heat until the curry thickens. Finished! Add the curry to freshly cooked rice or pasta.
