
Miso paste (soybean paste) for making Japanese miso soup.
Preparation:
Bring 1L water to the boil and add about 75g miso paste. Vary the number of grams depending on the intensity you want. Then add tofu, seaweed or vegetables as you like and let the soup boil briefly.
