Tofu Salad with Sesame Dressing

ingredients for 4 persons

349g silken tofu 
1 avocado
1 head of green or mixed salad (depending on your preference) with cucumber and carrots
4 radishes
80-100g sesame dressing

Step 1: prepare tofu

Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a bowl of boiling water.

It is best not to boil the tofu in a saucepan, but heat the water in the kettle and add it to the bowl, as the tofu is very soft and can otherwise break.

Step 2: bring all the ingredients together

Take the tofu out of the water and serve on the salad. Then add the sesame dressing.
